A luxury 3-bedroom detached villa with its own private pool and gardens. The lounge and dining areas are very stylish and furnished with a contemporary look. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons and there is a utility room with washing machine, microwave, wine cooler and high chair. The villa is maintained to a very high standard. As owners, we continue to invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard villa, so that our holiday guests have everything they need for a perfect home from home holiday in the sun.
The outdoor pool is fabulous feature of this villa with steps in to the pool, pool lighting, and out door shower. The pool terrace is very spacious and private with high trees forming walls and lockable gates. There are sun beds around the pool, a 3 meter parasol, a BBQ, table and chairs and a spacious covered outdoor eating area with comfy furniture, a perfect area for relaxing and entertaining in.
The lounge is very stylish and has a contemporary chic look with leather sofas. The furnishings compliment the room and make it a lovely room to relax in. We provide a CD HiFi system, DVD player and a 32” TV with Cable TV with UK channels, Wi-Fi is also available during your stay. The dining area flows from the living room with sideboard and lovely glass dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a fan oven, touch control hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. We provide plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. There are also plastic glasses, and bowls for using around the pool area, as glass is not permitted near the pool area.
There are three spacious bedrooms, the master suite on the first floor, has air conditioning, a king size bed , bedside tables, drawers and large fitted wardrobes with small balcony and pleasant views, the second bedroom has air conditioning, a king sized bed, modern bedside cabinets and drawers and fitted wardrobes, with French doors leading on to a large terrace where you can sunbath or relax on comfy furniture, with a retractable sun awning where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with air conditioning, twin beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes, all stylishly decorated to give the villa that modern feel.
Two Luxury fitted bathrooms with showers. The upstairs bathroom has been fully tiled and fitted to a high standard, w/c, Wash basin and bath with over head shower and benefits from an illuminated vanity unit. The downstairs bathroom is also fully tiled with a walk in free standing shower, W/C, and basin.
The villa is situated in the very popular Playa Flamenca resort near Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. It is just a short walk to the excellent Blue Flag Playa Flamenca Beaches, which are situated between the bays of Punta Prima and La Zenia. Both Beaches are connected by a beautiful promenade, which is impressively landscaped. It has a large open event area with many benches to allow visitors to relax and enjoy the sea views. Visitors can also enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade. La Zenia Beach is also a very popular beach. The beach is renowned for its cleanliness and white sand. There are plenty of amenities available including the 4 star Hotel La Zenia.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, and night entertainment to suit everyone at the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre – 5 mins walk.
La Zenia Boulevard is one of the best open outdoor shopping centres in Spain and is definitely worth a visit. It’s a short 10 minutes walk from the villa or 5 minutes in a car or taxi.
The Saturday market should not be missed a short stroll from the Villa
There are several large supermarkets close by.
Playa Flamenca beaches are 900m from villa. The Aquapolis Water Park at Torrieveja is only 5 km away from the Villa and is a great family day out.
Changeover day is Saturdays during mid to high season, we can be flexible during lower season bookings
Check in time 3pm. Check out time is 11 am.
To book the villa. A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking, the balance must be paid 8 weeks before holiday commences. We hold a £150 security deposit against loss of keys and damage, refundable once the property has been satisfactorily inspected; this is paid with the final balance.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement (no extra charge) Linen and Towels are provided for your stay - please bring your own Beach towels, as these are not provided. We have a no smoking policy inside the house. We do not allow pets.
